The Reason "Why Culture"? II
Last time we talked about culture being the most important aspect that foster organizational success. Let get deep with the reason why we said so. Firstly culture is what determines how stakeholders to the organization relate to each other and to the institution. This implies that how one works or invest his or her effort in an organization can be traced to the guiding principles that the organization uses whether spoken off or unspoken.
For culture paints a certain picture that either encourage or discourage the stakeholders in investing the effort to the organisation. This effort invested, in most circumstances translate directly to the success of an organization. As it builds loyalty towards the institution actives and products. Thereby creating a community that support and promote growth within the business ecology.
When you look at the elements, required to build a strong brand you would discover that trust is one of those important element necessary. However trust comes or better put image from the culture of the organization and it's relation to stakeholders. For instance if an organization is know for cutting corners it usually damage trust and loyalty to the organisation. And this is something that can be traced back to the firm's culture.
So any active that an organization is engaged in is built from the culture that it embrace from it's initial operations. As culture is the building blocks of any operations partaken by the business from how investor interact with organization to the final consumer of their products or services. In conclusion we have identified that culture is the framework or pillar that determine organization success. And also have a barring effectof the longevity of the organization into the future generations like what Coca Cola have achieved. As it can initiate an organization re-innovation or rejuvenation to adopt to changing times or the death of the organization as it fail to adopt to change.
