Depressed Bowl To Culture Dysfunctional

I have found myself wondering for some weeks and couldn't engage myself in culture talk. This a relief to be doing that again.

Amidst some economic turmoil most the time I find myself asking "How did we get here?" This question usually lingers until I loose track of time. Here what I have found myself realizing, most of the time culture that we embrace plays a big role. With that said most would argue how so. So let discuss this issue further. Every social setting has it norms and value. This norms values are the one that set a certain preset of a guide to the society that conform to them. Now when the norms and values a subjected to depression bowl they usually are infused with things of the not. Thus bad element that corrupt the system.

When this element have their way with the society they usually tend to the spoil the fabric that make the society work. Throwing culture into dysfunctional. The dysfunctional is the one that does more harm to the society as people will start doing what  they wish without giving regards to consequences of their actions. You find this being the major blow to any economic activity of an organization or country. We now live in world where when a bad apple is allowed to stay with good it is easy for the rot to spread. The biggest element that enforces that is greed.

I my short time of existence I have never seen greed build any legacy or sustain it. Most of those empires that were supposed to be huged crumbled to that fact. This have been the issue for Africa. Africa despite having abundance of resources remains to this day it is still a third world continent with vast potential that is in Agriculture, Mining and Jewelry production, High potential in become a global power house in green technology and also Wildlife management.

But the major reason we remain the same is greed and poor planning. We love to make brilliant policies that we seek to find loopholes that can foster get rich strategies for few individuals while killing our kids legacy. This rot have forced many potential innovative people to launch their ideas elsewhere because of fear of being pushed out or even lack of the will on the part of the people to support their own.

The funny part is that the society remains the anchor point of the actions taken by any individual. But don't see that because we too obsessed with on get rich scheme killing more than a generations prospects. For we poison the culture to suit us at the same planting the seed of discord to affect our yield and the way we operate things. This applies both to organizations and societal classes. In organizations you this can be seen by observing the top management behave, for instance you see the top executive having huge bonuses, living large while their employees always complain of late salary payment and low income. This can be evident from the rate of employee turnover. In turn affect business as they loose out skilled labour to companies causing poor performance for great product.
