What Culture Change Entails

Most of the time we are stuck in unproductive culture because we are to comfortable stay where we are. However in this modern world we can not afford to be stuck in a culture that makes it hard to survive. This can be seen by some big business which were there in the 90s that have gone down. If we take a look we find out that the culture which they were using made them to be stuck old glory days when the environment required reinvention of the Institute.
Some lose market share because they have failed to adapt quickly to change. This can be brought about by the culture the organization was using to stiffer not allowing any change process to be done swiftly thereby causing problems. This is the same with our individual culture for it limit us from being to adapt to changing times as we main think of the old days and yet there are passed.
I have heard many people say that Africa should stick to agriculture only but for the processing of the produce to be done else way. I find that to be miss calculated notion as we loose the potential value that the continent can benefit from the initiative as we will poor and attaining our maximum potential.
Most of the population in Africa has view that change starts with politicians. Yet the reality is change is individually based compiled to become a movement with the society. Thus we can transform Africa if we begin to change some of our culture by allowing ourself to adopt some of the principles that enforce change to work within ourselves. Also needing to embrace change as it have become the most constant element in this modern world.
